How to create an invoice

Manual invoices, automatic invoices from accepted quotes, and recurring invoices for retainers.

From an accepted quote

When a client accepts a quote, an invoice is generated automatically and emailed to them. You don't have to do anything.

Manual invoice

  1. Click "New invoice" on the Lead-to-Cash page.
  2. Add line items. Set due date.
  3. Send. Client receives email with a payment link.

Recurring invoices

For retainers, set the schedule (monthly, quarterly) on the invoice. The system generates and sends each cycle automatically; you receive a notification when it goes out.
