Something is not working — what to do

A 60-second checklist before you submit a ticket — most issues solve themselves.

  1. Refresh the page. Browser caches stale data more than you'd think.
  2. Try an incognito / private window. Rules out browser extensions.
  3. Check Account → Connections — a yellow banner means a platform token expired.
  4. Check the dashboard's system-status banner at the top — outages there are ours, not yours.
