Something is not working — what to do
A 60-second checklist before you submit a ticket — most issues solve themselves.
- Refresh the page. Browser caches stale data more than you'd think.
- Try an incognito / private window. Rules out browser extensions.
- Check Account → Connections — a yellow banner means a platform token expired.
- Check the dashboard's system-status banner at the top — outages there are ours, not yours.
Still not working? Submit a support ticket from the help widget (bottom-right of any page) with screenshots and the URL where you saw the issue.
