What the pipeline numbers mean
Leads, hot, qualified, and converted — the rules behind each label.
- "Leads" — every contact captured in the last 30 days from any source.
- "Hot" — leads scored 70+ by intent (high-buy-signal language, fast follow-up engagement).
- "Qualified" — leads that have explicitly asked for a quote, booking, or call-back.
- "Converted" — closed-won, booked, or invoiced. The threshold is configurable per business.
Note: A lead can move backwards. If a "Hot" lead goes cold for 14 days, it returns to the regular queue and the score drops automatically.
